Hi, my name is Rebecca Godin and I am a second-degree black belt. I started taekwondo when I was six years old and I have loved it ever since. I went on to receive my black belt back in 2009 when I was 12 years old. I have been fortunate enough ever since to be able to teach younger kids how to properly kick, punch and do different patterns. I love this program because we are all like one giant family! I love to come in every Friday evening to teach because it is always my favorite part of the day. I love seeing the smiling faces of the children as they have fun learning new techniques from either myself or other black belts.
My name is Victoria Huynh. I joined this Tae Kwon Do group when I was 11 and have enjoyed every minute of it. I received my black belt first Dan in 2013 and I have played the role of instructor since. My favorite part of the classes is learning new teaching skill and martial arts techniques. I wanted to be a part of the community so I took this course as an opportunity to do so and I am thrilled with the results. I was able to learn and had an opportunity to help new students to learn.
My name is Jason Huynh. I joined Tae Kwon Do when I was 6. I received my black belt First Dan in 2013 with my two sisters. My favorite part of the classes is being able to get a good work out and testing my limits. I joined this group because I wanted to be a part of a family activity and now this team is my second family.
My name is Jessica Huynh. I joined Tae Kwon Do when I was 7. I received my black belt First Dan in 2013. My favorite part about the classes is meeting new people, getting to know my students and passing on what I have learned. I joined this group because I wanted to gain new experiences and to try something that I haven’t learned before. This class had given me that opportunity.
